Please note the following before proceeding with account deletion.

Once you submit your account for deletion, you won‘t able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or membership.

Your account will be permanently removed. If you want to use the Dr.HereOnline App again, please contact Customer Service (CS). We will assist you to create a new account. BUT you won‘t able to restore any of your previous data.

After receiving your request, Customer Service (CS) will verify your identity first and then assist you with completing the process.

The process typically takes up to 2 business days to complete. CS will send you a confirmation by e-mail when the deletion has been completed.
