Step 1 Choose the item you want to view
1-1. Access the LifeCare screen
Open the app and click on LifeCare in the main screen to view Blood Glucose or Blood Pressure Measurement Data
Note: If you want to view the Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure Measurement Data, the member has to share his/her measurement recordings with you. Please refer to How to share your Blood Glucose/Pressure recording for Experts/Clinic or Members?
1-2. Description about abnormal indicators
Red numbers below show abnormal values
For example, number 5 beside the clock icon indicates that you are monitoring Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure measument values of 3 member, 3 of whom missed schedule to re-measure. The warming triangle icon at the right hand side shows the number of monitored members whose blood glucose and blood pressure values are unsual
Step 2 View the member's self-measured data
2-1. Sort and filter to find members easily
For example, you can sort and filter the member list when you enter the Blood Glucose Measurement screen
Please click on the avatar of the member you want to view
2-2. View the member's measurement data in detail
Enter the member's measurement data history screen, the chart on top will help you to compare results easily. Below, there is a history of measurements that you can click and view in detail
You can click the Chat icon on the right hand side of the member's name to conduct a real time consultation
2-3. Set display range and display content
Please click Menu at the top right corner of the member's History screen, then choose Historical Inquiry and select the time period you would like to view
Display Setting: can be selected as you request
Step 3 Set up the interval of time in which members need to remeasure
Please click the Clock icon at the top right corner and the remeasurement time will be shown. Choose the desired time and click OK
For example, you would like to choose 24 hours as the time interval in which your member should remeasure again. If the member's measurement time is 13:00 today, then he/she will remeasure at 13:00 tomorrow. When your member does not remeasure by the time indicated, the system will report an abnormality
