Each expert can set his or her own consultation fee and members have to pay for their consultation based on the expert's set rate.

The mininum charge unit is five minutes for each consultation video or audio call. If a video or audio call consultation exceeds 5 minutes, the service rate is charged by the minute and set by the medical expert.
Example 1: You make a telephone consultation with an expert and the total consultation time is 1 minute. The charge for this audio call is caculated by the minimum charge (5 minutes). If your rate is 0.5 USD per minute for a consultation by audio call, the total fees for this consultation is 5 * 0.5 = 2.5 USD.
Example 2: You make a consultation with an expert through a video call and the total consultation time is 5 minutes 30 seconds. If your rate is 0.5 USD per minute for a consultation by video call, the total fee for this consultation is 5 * 0.5 + 0.5 = 3 USD.

Service fees are charged only when members take initiative to make health consultation with Dr.Hereonline Experts. If experts are in contact with members on their own initative, consultation fees are free of charge.

In order to improve our service level, you are able to set your availability according to three "statuses" as the health expert:
* Accepting consultations: In this status, you must respond within 30 minutes, and the consultation will be charged based on a set rate. If your response time exceeds 30 minutes, the patient will not be charged.
* Busy, not accepting consultations: In this status, you cannot receive and respond to requests for consultation.
* Offline, please leave your message: In this status, response time is within 24 hours and the consultation will be charged based on half the set rate. If your respond time exceeds 24 hours, the patient will not be charged.
* Accepting consultations: In this status, you must respond within 30 minutes, and the consultation will be charged based on a set rate. If your response time exceeds 30 minutes, the patient will not be charged.
* Busy, not accepting consultations: In this status, you cannot receive and respond to requests for consultation.

Based on your own schedule, you can schedule your own consultation status. Similar to alarm settings in the mobile phone, you can select your available time frames between Monday to Sunday and their respective statuses, and also select whether to repeat your consultation status or not weekly.
Depending on your scheduled consultation time, the system will automatically change your status to "Consultation acceptable", "Suspended consultation" or "Off-line, please leave your message."
